HUSH

HUSH is a sculptural installation made from autumn leaves.

A path swept through the leaves leads visitors past a series of sleeping figures in varying states of decay. The chests of the figures rise and fall in time to the sound of gentle breathing.

The work was first intalled in 2004 in Farmiloes Buildings in Clerkenwell, London and again in 2005 at the Albion Stables, King's Cross also in London. Both shows provoked an extraordinary response and a further development of the piece is being planned for this autumn.
